General Council Meetings

The General Council is elected by the CITU Conference. It consists of the Office Bearers and other members from the State Committees of the CITU. The delegates from the states elect the members from the respective state in proportion to their respective membership strength.
The General Council elects the Working Committee.
The General Council is the highest authority between two Conferences of the CITU.
