A. K. Padmanabhan is a founder member of the CITU. He has attended every single CITU conference since its founding. He served as President of the CITU from March 2010 to November 2016.
The interview was conducted in two parts. This is the second part. It continues the previous conversation, tracing the evolution of India's trade union movement from the post-Emergency period through to the present day.
